Refund policy
We do not offer cash refunds at this time. Hats are non-returnable/non-exchangeable. However, if a clothing item does not work out for you, we would be happy to offer you store credit that will go toward your next order once your item has been returned. Our policy lasts 14 days. Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of the customer receiving the order. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Unfortunately, items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.
EXCHANGES
All postage costs for exchanges must be covered by the customer.
